Welcome to Niche Tribe Builder.

This site is all about building the tribe around your chosen niche.  Yes that right a tribe.  The tribes i’m talking about are described in Seth Godin very good book “Tribes”.  You might be thinking that building a list for your niche is like building a tribe but no, it’s more than that.  A tribe needs a leader and you have to act as a leader to keep your tribe, this means that you will have to interact with your tribe members.  In order to get things started we are going to build a tribe around the following niche: Clean Red Widgets.

A widget is hard to describe.

If you search for the definition you will find that there are many.  A lot of the definitions revolve around the fact that some people think that the origin of the work comes from joining the words “window” and “gadget” together. So are we going to build a tribe around clean red window gadgets?  No.

Our case study will be about the more general definition of a widget:  A thing that serves a function but that nodody knows it’s real name.  That’s what a widget is.  More specifically we will be building a tribe around clean red widgets.  Not dirty red widgets, or any other kind of widgets.
